| Popis: | 102 The financial sources play an impotant role in transport construction. The government departments must to assess carefully. The Build-Operate-Transfer and the project of developing jointly often were used to build transport construction, but the time of completing a project usually delaied in the past. Thus this research investigates that American applied wildly Tax Increment Financing. It will understand how to slove financial problem. This thesis takes examples for Taoyuan Aerotropolis Rapid Transit plan. To pass the financial tests, it is Tax Increment Financing that increases financial source. The thesis will analyze change of the Self-Liquidation and Risk Assessment. By using Mote Carlo Simulation, the result shows the mean and standard deviation. It also realizes that the standard deviation will increase by using TIF and analyzing financial risk. |
