A Study of Destination Image of Hakka Cultural Tourism on the Internet Information： Application for Using Natural Language Processing and Content Analysis

| Popis: | 102 Recently, governments in different regions promote the culture tourism travel, in particular, the culture tourism travel can enhance the local unique culture’s visibility and then make the economy of region industry more boost. The hakka populations are around the world and they gradually become conscious of themselves. The government in 2001 organized the institution which is “Hakka Affairs Council”. The organization is to boost the hakka culture and make it continue to develope. The purpose of this study is to realize that the hakka cultures develop around the Taiwan places and the differential advantages of every culture tourism place. So this study selects the highest proportion of Hakka towns from the northern, central, southern and eastern parts of Taiwan to research. Explore the travelers’ experience through the blogs on the Internet for the destination image around Taiwan hakka cultural tourism and evaluate the different of the development in hakka culture tourism regions. And this study compared travelers’ blog articles with government tourism promotions on the Internet to ascertain perception gaps between them. It can provide the governments to improve and enhance amount of visitors efficiently. This research uses the text mining to analyze the resources of word-of-mouth. Use “Natural Language Processing” to analyze articles posted on blogs by tourists and use “Content Analysis” to analyze the city tourism promotions published on the Internet by governments. There are two findings indicate： （1） The word-of-mouth of travelers’ perspective on the destination image characters of hakka cultures： In the “Food”、”History” 、“Art” 、“Landscape” categories. （2） The analysis show that there are perception gaps in the destination image between travlers and the governments in the Beipu Township in Hsinchu、Kungkuan Township in Miaoli and Fonglin in Hualien. And this study offers the advice in the improvement. |
