The study of causal relationship between the critical factors of e-commerce-in terms of Fuzzy DEMENTAL method

Popis: | 102 This study through the relevant literature to establish hierarchical structure diagram of critical factors on e-commerce, four dimensions are constructed, "website environment", "market environment", "product strategy" and "company operating areas". Then the expert are invited to do the pairwise comparison of factors to calculate the related importance of factors; Next, to understand the causal relationship between the factors, the Fuzzy DEMATEL is used in this study. Accordingly, that " website environment " and "product strategy" are the most important constructs, and the "system quality ", "customer relationship / service strategy" and "website design and attractive," are the most important criteria. ; Further assume each factor is not a causal relationship between the use of Fuzzy DEMATEL factor analysis conducted under independence situation. Accordingly, "product strategy", " company operating areas " and "market environment" have the highest association, the criteria of "information quality", "company product strategy", "customer relationship / service strategy," "system quality", " website design and attractive" and "System support" also have the important relationship, but "product strategy" dimensions, "information quality" criteria and "customer relationship / service strategy" criteria to be affected of other factors, therefore. Finally, this study suggested that the company can focus and resources to focus on "system quality ", "website design and attractive"and "system support" as the first priority development projects to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. |
