Popis:	102 This paper employs Cheng Chuan Compoany, which is a well-known steel tube enterprise in the central Taiwan region and pruchased a 3D laser cutting machine in 2013 to improve their customer service, as a case study for analysis. This paper attempts to explore the relationship between technology innovation and organization performance after using the 3D laser cutting machine. This paper finds that the case company can provide assistance for low volume and high mix orders to their customers after using the 3D laser cutting machine. In addition, the double-win effect for the case company and their customers will be created, because that the customers purchase more materials for increased Multiple Products and market competitiveness since their R&;D cost decreases.
