Popis: | 102 With non-destructive testing technology (electrical conductivity and ultrasonic testing), explore the correlation between silver with the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg alloy; The results showed that the alloys after T6 aging treatment, the mechanical properties (hardness and tensile strength) were increased with silver. The amount of precipitation phase (Ω + θ ') are increased with increasing silver content when silver is less than 0.9wt%, Similarly, the relative conductivity and relative ultrasonic speed show the consistent trend. Showing that non-destructive testing technology (conductivity and ultrasonic testing) can explore silver content of Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg alloys with microstructure and mechanical properties. In addition, for the precipitation phase detection, electrical conductivity measurement is more sensitive than ultrasound measurements. |
