| Popis: | 102 Energy conservation and environmental issues are getting more attention from people because the price of crude oil goes higher and global warming becomes worse. Most of air pollution is caused by transportations especially by cars. Therefore, electric vehicle (EV) is becoming a key development in automobile industry recent years. “Electric motor” is one of important components in EV. The objective of this study is to investigate the development of electric-motor supply chain in Taiwan and use SWOT analysis to find the appropriate competitive strategy. Under the growth of EV, hope Taiwan’s motor factory can get more opportunities and expand the market share. |
