Popis: | 102 This study aims to explore the relationship between perception of the integrated kindergarten and nursery school policy and professional development of preschool educators in Nantou County. The study uses questionnaire to collect data, by purposive sampling, a total 423 questionnaires are distributed, and 400 effective ones are retrieved. The collected data is analyzed by PASW Statistics 18.0 software, using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The conclusion of this study is summarized below: 1.The level of perception of the Integrated Kindergarten and Nursery School Policy of educators in Nantou County is high, and “overview of the policy” is the highest. 2.The level of professional development of educators in Nantou County is high, too, and “self- development ability” is the highest. 3. Education levels, occupational positions, the kind and location of preschools, class numbers in preschools, the students’ age, participation and satisfaction in seminars, are the key effect of the Perception of the Integrated Kindergarten and Nursery School Policy. 4.The occupational positions and the participation and satisfaction in seminars are the key effect of professional development. 5. The Perception of the Integrated Kindergarten and Nursery School Policy has positive relation with professional development. Finally, according to conclusions, some suggestions are offered to education administrative organization, preschool educators and future researches. |
