The main purpose of this study is the synthesis of optical coating that can be applied to the optical panel with anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint function. The process were synthesis through an wet sol-gel reaction from the low refractive index (SiO2) films, the SiO2 thin film process blend with the high polarity of silane coupling agent or long-chain alkyl group. UV cured Acrylic Photo-Curing Resin,these High hardcoat of thin film have finally been produced through two steps of polymerization. It can achieve excellent anti-fingerprint resistant. In addition, the higher and lower refractivity films design to muti-layer, and the films analysis by optical design software achieving to anti-reflective. These products were structurally characterized by IR. The effect of variable factors of process on the optical property and mechanical property by UV-visible Spectrometer, Spectroscopic Ellipsometer, Haze meter, TRI-gloss, Pencil hardness and Adhesion test. Then the surface physical property analysis by Contact Angle Meter.
