Popis: | 102 A fiber-optical biosensing platform is developed to providing real-time evaluation of chemotherapy efficacy in vivo. It was verified by monitoring the apoptotic response of MDA-MB-231 xenografts in nu/nu mice induced by the maximal tolerance dosage of cyclophosphamide (CPA). Percutaneous 200μm i.d. optical fibers were applied to convey excitation and detect fluorescent emission from topically delivered FM1-43 (indicating apoptotic activities), and phospholipid modified marina blue (Mb, calibrating spatial distribution effect of cells). |
