Popis: | 102 The life of thread rolling die, as we all know, are affected by many factors.They include the thread size of screw, the function & stable of machine, thread rolling die and operator’s set-up, adjusting etc. The thread rolling dies are used to roll the threads in the thread rolling process, and so the life of dies and its quality are important factors for the output of screws and screw quality.As long as make a good QC,seclect proper steel and design of thread rolling die in thread rolling process,we can produce high quality screws and ger a higher production of screws.For this reason, the purpose of the study is to focus the steel and design of thread rolling dies in the thread rolling process. The study used 6R and 5/16 thread rolling machine to roll the machine screw M6×P1.0 ×15L, and then note their tool life. All data used in the study is analyzed by the Analysis of SPSS in order to know the five difference of flat die life from the steels and the design types .And then analyzed the efficiency and economic effects after production.The major results of this study are summarized as follows: 1.The life of thread rolling die is definitely affected by steel and design. 2.The highly interrelation between the die’s steel and design in the life of die and output can be known from the analysis. 3.The die life and the output of screw was increased when made a good use of the more Number of Revolutions and a large machine remarkably well. 4.The die life has a obviously decrease after roll the screws of after heat treat. 5.The study is analyzed by the Analysis of SPSS from the data of steel, price, die life and output of screw.We found M2 steel with A type design gain a good economic effects and DC53 steel with A type design has a good efficiency in the thread rolling process at present. Finally, the results of the study could provide concrete directions for a good choice of thread rolling die and than get a good quality control and their costs down of dies as well as increase the output of screw in the thread rolling process. |
