A Correlational Study between Role Perception and Organizational Justice of Army Logistic Units

This study was to investigate the relationship between role perception and organizational justice of military logistics repair units in which organizational downsizing is promoted to reach the goal for increasing efficiency of human resources. A survey research was conducted in this study, 610 copies of valid questionnaires was collected and performed by SPSS statistical software. Such statistical analyses as descriptive statistics, t-tests, analysis of variance, and regression analysis were used to test the main hypotheses this study proposed. The research results showed: (1) Demographic variables will make partially significant differences to role perception. (2) Demographic variables will make significant differences to distributive justice. (3) Demographic variables will make significant differences to procedural justice. (4) Demographic variables will make significant differences to interactive justice. (5) The relationship between role perception and organizational justice is positively significant correlated.
