| Popis: | 102 In Taiwan, we own unique advantages with standard product in the market, because of this competitive environment, to promote Taiwan''s domestic operating environment have been gradually began to become increasingly difficult. Consequently Taiwan''s domestic industries have begun to actively transition toward integration, and so the direction of development in order to gain a meager profits and competitiveness. Therefore, this study is to investigate the Drywall screws from L Company. To analysis the empirical research, regarding with its heat treatment process as a case study, and to do exploratory experiments. After different processing temperature range correlation analysis to investigate the mechanical properties (in this case includes surface hardness, hardness of heart, IAS standards, torque standard), via the Taguchi method analysis to get the best quality parameter, indirectly improve product competitiveness. Also try to use another Grey relational analysis, designed for optimal factor parameters of multiple quality characteristics, and further data analysis, from the variability of conditions affecting the quality of other mechanical properties of the abnormal part, find relevance and try to be appropriate improve, and derive their key to success improve instance, to provide to the relevant companies or academic institutions as a reference direction of future operating or research assessment. |
