Popis: | 102 Learning community is a learning and growth team composed of a group of practitioners who, sharing common interests and needs, reinforce the spirits of collaboration and sharing. The team members mean to enhance cooperative understand via means of conducting deep dialogues, exploring and learning, mutually sharing and discussing, thereby, achieving deeper expertise of individual member. This paper presents important content of a learning community and introduces related theory basics and characteristics. It also elaborates on theissues of teachers’physical and mental stress resulted from class and school affairs as well as social and parental expectations. With the ardent participation of teachers, the help of this meditation community, it is hoped that teachers can well manage their stress and maintain a healthy mental state while serving in the educational field. The subject of this study is Serene Meditation. It samples teachers from an elementary school in Luzhou District in New Taipei City. In this school, teachers form a learning community. This study conducts observation and interview, collecting and analyzing data and hence, comes to the conclusion that teachers can release stress, get help and in the meantime, nurture tolerance and appreciation when teaching by means of community meditation activity. The action research data is mainly qualitative data, the data will be translated transcripts obtained to establish data classification code, a preliminary analysis of a single, cross-analysis. Conclusions are as follows: First, the learning community is a group of like-minded teachers and partners actively involved in the formation. Second, the successful operation of teacher learning community members to interact well with catching and holding closely related. Third, teachers participate in learning communities provide teachers physically and mentally stable, professional and sophisticated, better life. This research also means to provide references for future teachers who wish to set up same activities. |
