Popis: | 102 Life education plays a decisive role in the current education system; therefore, promoting and implementing life education are necessities. Diversified life education along with life education put into practice through experiencing service-learning is a process to be learned and internalized, and then externalized. The process helps individuals realize the value of life from the “learning by doing” experience. The author investigated in depth from the intended meaning of both “life education” and “service-learning”, and then looked into a service club to come to the following conclusions: 1. All levels of education institutions currently own complete promoting plans in life education and accompanying strategies of implementing service-learning. They will benefit both schools and students in enhancing the effectiveness of life education. 2. Putting life education into practice through experiencing service-learning helps individuals realize the value of life education. Students learn how to acknowledge, appreciate, respect, and create life from the practice of service-learning. 3. It’s essential to operate service-learning club. Students have more learning opportunities and gain vast knowledge in the course of service. They then reflect on the learning process, and it exactly demonstrates the effectiveness of life education. Promoting and exercising service-learning effectively inspire students in life education. At length, after the investigations are integrated, the conclusion and suggestion are brought up for future studies’ reference. Key Words: Life Education、Service Learning、The Value of Life |
