| Popis: | 102 There are many crimes occur, although circumstantial evidence shows that the defendant vaguely crime, even though all the prosecutors and police put a lot of effort, still unable to effectively have the offender punished by law, the victim and the community expect to know the inside story of the whistleblower to provide key testimony. Whether people inside or outside the system of an enterprise, after the exposition of financial crime with repentance, or not commit a crime but who knows the inside story of crime, to come forward and expose the crime, include all above deeds are in compliance with the significance of whistleblower. The best way of crime prevention is to prevent crime in advance, advance crime prevention is better than afterward’s dealt, and the latter must cost more and less effective. Crime prevention countermeasures have been planned in advance in order to reduce crime, revealing legal implication to alert the offender, and achieve the purpose of crime prevention. Crime expositor should be protected, current crime exposition law are exist in different legal systems and hash in use for many years, referring to other country’s whistleblower system to construct our modern whistleblower legal system to protect those who blow the whistle. Expositor of crime can obtained relief after their exposition of crime, and to protect include work right, personal safety and the recovery of proceeds of crime. Rationalize the content of whistleblower protection legal system, reform financial crime expose legal system to improve performance of financial crime Prevention.
