Popis: | 102 The purpose of this study is the preparation of Graphene/Polypropylene composite by Melt Blending Method. Graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized by oxidation of natural graphite flakes according to the modified Hummers method. Powder of graphene was preparation by the reducing agent(Sodium borohydride and Sodium citrate), and the apparent graphene and structural analysis. The graphene / polypropylene composite form the addition ratio of graphene is 0.01 to 0.50% of graphene powder and polypropylene powder by melt-kneaded. TEM、XRD、PE-FTIR and Raman analysis shows that successfully prepared graphite oxide by Hummer&;#39;s method, Sodium borohydride as a reducing agent in the preparation of graphene effects and patterns better. SEM analysis shows that start agglomeration occurs when the added amount of graphene 0.10%, TGA analysis shows that Pyrolysis temperature rose from 454.24 to 458.76 ℃ by graphene dosage from 0.20%, Thermal conduction analysis shows that Graphene / polypropylene thermal conductivity properties of composite materials on the rise, adding graphene reached 0.10% for the best, Mechanical tensile analysis shows that graphene add volume reached 0.20%, graphene / polypropylene composite yield stress increased by 32.0% and the maximum stress increased by 6.3%. |
