Popis: | 102 With the change of mass consumption patterns large consumer electronics products become mainstream, therefore large-scale production of the product mold born out. For shortening product life cycle, mold design become the most important procedure of the project development process. the collaborative navigation system for concurrent mold design can improve cognitive gap in different designer and let mold design can be carried out more smoothly. However the large plastic mold has a different design focus between small and medium size plastic mold, with standardized process to internalize the relevant design knowledge and to attain the purpose of knowledge management. This study integrate the CAD software and network technology to establish a navigation system framework for large LCD display screen mold design. Use previous experience and redesign steps amended to improve the system more variable and flexibility, making the design process more streamlined. In the draft functions, synthesize the whole of the basic functions of the draft design and use objects colored auxiliary draft angle design let engineers can more quickly and clearly identify the differences. Using the core concepts of knowledge engineering, the parameter function combine the design methods and tools. Applied to collaborative design with database integration, to manage the design model, while into the relevant design information to achieve the purpose of knowledge integration, help engineer’s design-related model, shorten product development time and reduce human design errors. |
