The purpose of this paper is to practice the mechatronic application of embedded solar board sun tracking controller. The system combines sun tracking system and solar cells and uses BJT transistor circuits to do discharge circuit of rechargeable battery. Using biaxial sun tracker system, solar cells develop the best conversion efficiency. In addition, BASIC Commander single chip controller with appropriate software to set up the above mentioned method and achieve the expectation of maximum power tracking. A practice of hardware and software also verified the proposed theory.
