| Popis: | 102 This research focused on the precaution for the major event and the proper response to the emergency. Nowadays, more and more people appeal to participant in the major events in Taiwan because our government has put a lot of effort to promote the leisure activities and carried out two-days-off in a week. However, as the trend of attending interior trip increasing, the number of accidents follows up, such as car crash, rail way, airplane or ship accidents. Because of the increasing numbers of victims, it not only brings the pressure on the firefighters for the overloaded securing number, but also increases the work amount for the local hospitals. If we don’t have proper strategy for the precaution, it might result in further problem. This study would stress on the managing the storage location of firecrackers in Yanshuei and the first aid in the case of numerous injured patients. By efficient managing the storage, sort the rescue into different level, the fire department could immediately take proper reaction, reduce the level of damage. In order to reach the result, we can carry it out by actual practice. In conclusion, this study would cover precaution and the response to the crisis and use the firecracker ritual in Yanshuei as an example to provide useful and practical strategies. In addition, we can integrate all resources in the critical case. Thus, we might improve rescue, solve the dilemma of uneven resources and reduce the level of devastation. |
