From the Industrial Revolution after, science and technology aroused the development and change of industry and all without exception produced speed and produced technique, product value and product quality all in the continuous progress and the innovation, each advanced countries of world was all concentrate on developing high-tech industry, with the competitive advantage for obtaining in the world[1].Taiwan is no exception, and at this regard high technology as principle of in the economic development, again with the IC design industry, optoelectronics industry, semi-conductor industry and computer information and communication industry is lord, and while facing global fierce competition, the high-tech industry's enterprise has to realize, be more relying on professional knowledge and the industry of technique, have to more value the employee of enterprise inner part. This research purpose is carrying on a survey to the organization commitment of the high-tech industry employee.The organization commitment refers to the value of organizing the member and stay job and effort commitment in this research, and with work pressure and work satisfaction to predict organization commitment, in order to effectively act in cooperation research assumption and problem, this research questionnaire content including satisfaction, work pressure, organization commitment, quit to incline to an etc. variable, inquire into the relation of of each variable.Issue a questionnaire to 320 high-tech industry personnels through the questionnaire, finally obtain an effective questionnaire 212.Use to describe sex statistics, factor, letter degree and independent sample T an examination and list factor variation count analytical and related etc. statistics way analysis, result detection: 1.The different background high-tech employee at work pressure, work satisfaction, organize commitment and quit the feeling existence for inclining to notable difference. 2.High-tech employee at work pressure, work satisfaction, organization commitment and quit to incline to of cause and effect relation mode, show as a result:Work pressure to work satisfaction, the organization commitment has negative influence;The work pressure has just to the influence towards quiting tendency;The work is satisfied, organize the commitment have negative influence towards quiting tendency;Work satisfaction to the organization commitment include just to the influence.
