Synthesis and Phenyl Hydrazine Sensing Properties of P and Al-doped ZnO Nanowires

Popis: | 101 ZnO nanorod array films were coated on a ITO glass substrate by a two-step method. A thin ZnO seed buffer layer was first deposited via a spin coating method, P-doped ZnO and Al-doped ZnO nanowires were synthesized by hydrothermal process.The XRD shows the patterns of hexagonal wurtzite ZnO,while no other phase was observed. Meanwhile, no peaks related to Al and P element and compounds are found in the sample, which suggests that the Al and P doping exists in the form of impurity atoms. Detection of phenyl hydrazine by using a simple current–voltage (I–V) technique. Due to high sensitivity, it can be concluded that Al and P-doped ZnO nanowire could be an effective candidate for the fabrication of phenyl hydrazine chemical sensors. |
