In this thesis, we investigate electro-less deposition of the Ni-P/ PTFE composite materials on top of the copper-based board. This kind of surface treatment can be widely utilized in plastic bag sealing of a cutting machine. Because of superior coating uniformity, good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and anti-wear, Teflon com-posite plating and coating can lubricate the mechanical contacts with addition of graphite or molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to prolong the life of mechanical function. To relate the consummation of Ni-P/PTFE composite materials, the addition of the chemical substances and the hardening, lubricating, and wear-resisting properties, we use self-made reciprocating sealing knife to slice machine to carry on anti-abrasion, antistatic, and high temperature tests. With phosphor bronze composites used in the plastic mechanical sealing parts, we conduct the experiment for 24-hour non-stop oper-ations at high temperatures from 250℃to 390℃, while in industry the average operating temperature of Teflon composite plating is around 450℃. Since our experimental con-ditions are close to critical point, we can figure out how to reduce the abrasion and im-prove the hardness, thermal stability and antistatic properties for industrial applications. According to the experimental result, the plating coating of the composite phos-phor/bronze with heat-resistant and wear-resisting properties can reinforce the mechan-ical strength during mechanical sealing and cutting compared with those without plating coating. The technique may be utilized in the future plastic sealing and cutting industry.
