Popis: | 101 This study applied commercial dual-temperature refrigerating equipment with hydrocarbon refrigerants HC-290 and Minus50 to replace HFC-404A refrigerant, and discussed the energy-saving benefit. The storage temperature changes, actual changes in compressor wasted work, and coefficient of performance caused by the three refrigerants were discussed by fixed frequency operation and variable frequency operation and opening door tests under dynamic load (16L water). The results showed that in fixed frequency operation, the refrigerant HFC-404A had the optimal refrigerating time, the operating time was 37 min, which was 10 min shorter than HC-290 refrigerant and 12 min shorter than Minus50 refrigerant. The refrigerant HFC-404A had the minimum total work of compressor, and the total work of compressor was 86.08kJ. Its energy consumption was 15% lower than HC-290 refrigerant and 23% lower than Minus50 refrigerant. In variable frequency operation, the refrigerant HFC-404A had the optimal refrigerating time, and the operating time was 45 min. The operating time was 49 min shorter than HC-290 refrigerant and 51 min shorter than Minus50 refrigerant. The refrigerant HFC-404A had the minimum compressor energy consumption, and the total work of compressor was 96.12kJ. The energy consumption was 41.8% lower than HC-290 refrigerant and 52.5% lower than Minus50 refrigerant. In summary, although HFC-404A is the most efficient refrigerant, its GWP (Global Warming Potential) is much higher than the other two hydrocarbon refrigerants. Considering the effect of refrigerant on earth''s environment and the operating efficiency, it is feasible to use hydrocarbon refrigerants HC-290 and Minus50 with higher COP (Coefficient of Performance) as substitute refrigerant. |
