Research on User Satisfaction with the Official Website of the 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition

| Popis: | 101 The main purpose of this research is to understand how users of the official website of 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition are distributed in Taiwan, and to know the diversity of user’s satisfaction and how aspects of user’s satisfaction affect the whole. This research focuses on the realm of Taiwan (including Taiwan mainland, Penghu, Kin-men and Matsu district), and takes users of the official website of 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition from November 2010 to April 2011 as population. This survey is done by internet questionnaires, which are set up on Mysurvey Website. There are 494 valid questionnaires analyzed through descriptive statistics, T-distribution, and one-way ANOVA, independent samples. Results for the research are as follows: 1.Most users of the official website of 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition in Taiwan are female between 26-35 years old, graduated from universities, and with revenue from 30001 to 45000. They visited the official website of 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition for personal interest. 2.Gender、age、education background、career、income、frequency of visit to official website、favorite degree to Flora Exposition, and the intent of browsing the official website Flora Exposition all makes remarkable diversity to the user’s satisfaction. |
