A Study of the Relationships among Tourism Image, Satisfaction, and Revisiting Willingness of Tainan Historic Relics-A Case of Japanese Tourists

Popis: | 101 According to the trend of the social development and recreation life.Truism has become an important part of our life. Tourists are not just Taiwanese, mostly are foreigners; in this case, the business in tourism needs to be adjusted in order to attract and fulfil the requirement in modern society. According to the statistics from Taiwan Tourism Bureau in 2012, the number of the visitors are 7,311,470 people, and 1,432,315 people are Japanese, which is the second biggest group visiting Taiwan. The average consume from Japanese are $317.96 USD, which is the highest amount of all the visiting countries. Tainan is a historical city, most of the cultures are related with Japanese customs. The architectures preserved from six decades ago is the main reason that attract Japanese tourists. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between Japanese tourists, historical architectures, satisfactions and the return visiting in Tainan; also it discusses and analyse the difference in population of Japanese tourists, satisfaction and return visiting. This research uses the tickets of the historical tourist spots as research area, and uses Japanese tourists as research participations. 450 sampling questionnaires were sent out in October 2012 to January 2013. The returning questionnaires are 415, and the effective questionnaires are 409. The research shows that “service Imagine” has a significant connection with satisfactions, “service imagine” has a significant connection with return visiting, “environment’ and “entire satisfaction” has significant connection with return visiting. Research shows that Japanese tourists put the service quality in the first priority. According to the research result, it has some suggestion. A.) The government can set a date to provide some tourism information to the travel agency, to increase the attraction of the tourist. B) Enhance the service quality. Try to train some young people to get involve, to develop the better service qualities. C) Growth profound tourism. Provide tour guide service from students, which they can gain experiences and the tourists can understand and get to know the historical more. D) Enhance packages. Try to increase the satisfaction and return visiting by plentiful activities. E) Pedestrians friendly environment. The government can arrange some people to patrol every hour, make sure the pavement is nice and clean. F) Combine the culture and the creativities. Increase the tourism imagines by providing special goods. |
