For enterprises, the evaluation of employees’ performance is usually determined by their achievement. However these enterprises always ignore the most important factor - the organizational identity. Financial jobs are becoming increasingly competitive nowadays; in order to keep talented person, the organizational identity is one of the most important key point. Therefore, the head of enterprises need to understand each employee. This research is subject to investigate the effect of organizational identity between employees’ satisfaction and loyalty. To investigate the effect of organizational identity between employees’ satisfaction and loyalty, the survey is made through questionnaire tool. The conclusion is as following: the organizational identity shows significant positive correlation on job satisfaction; the job satisfaction and the organizational identity shows significant positive correlation on employees’ loyalty.
