Popis: | 101 In a typical enterprise, PC usage model makes a large number of dispersed in various corporate departments. These PCs, each running different operating system configurations and applications, require large management cost. The management of these enterprises PC faces several challenges, which includes human resources, hardware resources and data security and other common problems. First of all, regular application software installation, computer parameter configurations, and operation system security management need to assign an dedicate engineer to do onsite service, while these projects are very time-consuming and lead to an inefficient resource utilization. In addition, the PC hardware resources are not inefficiently used. PC specification is often determined based on the maximum loading in various of application conditions of the user. This makes the wasteful hardware resources, leading to a low return of hardware investment. Finally, users would like to store the company data in their own PC instead of the server. Valuable data is dispersed in various PC and can not be effectively stored and controlled efficiently, and because the information is not centrally managed, information security becomes a problem in most of the cases. In order to solve the above problem of enterprise information management, this thesis uses virtualization technology with thin client to achieve desktop and application virtualization. Through an efficient and accurate import process, the traditional enterprise desktop system is converted to a cloud desktop system. It simplified management and optimized resource utilization on the virtual desktop, and the data centralized management to provide enterprises is achieved. Through virtualization technology and thin client characteristics, it also saves in energy costs and the effect of lowering the total cost. |
