| Popis: | 101 The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of emotional labor, well-being and personality traits of military cadets, analylze the differences on emotional labor, Well-being and personality traits with various personal backgrounds, examine the correlation between emotional labor ang Well-being, and explore the effects of personality traits on emotional labor and Well-being. The study uses pre-designed questionnaire and administerd to respondent from 1st grade to 4th grade military cadets. The main results of this study are: 1.There exists no significant difference in emotional labor among military cadets with different background variables of gender, age, grade, identity, academic department etc. 2.There exist significant difference in well-being among military cadets with different background variables of age. There exists no significant difference in well-being among military cadets with different background variables of gender, grade, identity, academic department etc. 3.There exist significant difference in personality traits among military cadets with different background variables of identity, academic department etc. There exists no significant difference in personality traits among military cadets with different background variables of gender, age, grade etc. 4.There exist significant correlation between emotional labor and well-being of military cadets. 5.The personality traits has significant impact on emotional labor and well-being among military cadets. |
