| Popis: | 101 This research is designed to better understand how learning motivations influences knowledge sharing will. Moreover, this study tries to examine whether Guanxi will moderate the relationship between learning motivation and knowledge sharing will. This research used questionnaire to investigate, and used SPSS analysis to explore the relationship between the variables. The research targets are the member of Institute of Taiwan Project Manager (ITPM); EMBA students of Soochow University and EMBA students of National Taipei University. The research targets above are all have the relearning experience after the regular education system, and are distribute at different occasions. They are suitable for this research. There are 329 matched questionnaires are usable. The research finding can be summarized as fallow. First, there is a positive relationship between learning motivations and knowledge sharing will. Second, Guanxi will moderate the relationship between learning motivations and knowledge sharing will. Third, when the relationship is good between the students, there is a positive relationship between learning motivations and knowledge sharing will. Finally, when the relationship isn’t good between the students, there isn’t a negative relationship between learning motivations and knowledge sharing will. |
