Popis: | 101 The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Strategy Involvement on Perception of Career Plateauing for Human Resource Practitioners and to exam the moderating effect of Self-Efficacy. Using Survey Research Method, this study collected data from HR practitioners and used regression analysis to test hypotheses. A total of 141 questionnaires were returned for analysis and the results were summarized as follows: 1.Strategy Involvement for Human Resource Practitioners had a significantly negative impact on Career Plateauing. 2.Self-Efficacy had no significantly impact on Career Plateauing. 3.Self-efficacy had a moderating effects on the relationship between Strategy Involvement for Human Resource Practitioners and Career Plateauing. |
