In the modern enterprise management, a “role conflict”, “organizational citizenship behavior” and “satisfaction” of the three affect the organization and human resource management are an important factor. Although about this three variable definitions, theories and constructs research, academic research are fruitful, nevertheless, this study on the basis of the existing attempts to further explore the relationships among “role conflict”, “organizational citizenship behavior”, “employment satisfaction”. The present study has the following hypotheses: Role conflict on employee satis-faction, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative impact, organiza-tional citizenship behavior have a significant positive impact on employee satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior has a mediating effect. in role conflict impact on the employee satisfaction.
