This paper mainly after bike flywheel drive to do the design and presents the complete drive system with new double-chain-type mechanism proposed in the design, the parts drawn through SolidWorks and combinations, then use SolidWorks plug-in software for dynamic simulation of this mechanism and structural analysis, the above dynamic simulation and structural analysis of the results made export charts to explore, from the text can be learned in the flywheel design, based on the internal structure reversed to better combination, as with the role of force in the same direction, did not come from inside resistance force of a flywheel of the group and therefore higher strength; give different transmission speed, the flywheel size for comparison, dynamic simulation, we found that the higher the speed of its movement relative to the low-speed smooth curves are many, the use of chain transfer of power in the high-speed the situation will be stabilized, the chain link itself between the plate and the chain stay with clearance, mainly to allow the chain to take advantage of this shift chain clearance speed up and down chain, but this mode will cause the chain of stress additional burden; paper concludes with improvement of traditional gear shift chain, the shortcomings of the traditional style make improvements, combined with the new theory highlights the improved transmission mechanism is the possibility of its development.
