Popis:	101 The study focus on trust transfer in medical industries and understand the image congruence and switching cost in moderating effect to trust transfer. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used in our study to analyze 483 valid questionnaires. The empirical results indicate that interaction quality and outcome quality of service quality have a positive impact on trust; and also have the positive effect of trust transfer between hospital and alliance hospital. On the same time, such the transfer effect will be generated a positive relevance by the image congruence. In addition, trust will positively affect the customers’ recommendation intention in the medical industries.
