This thesis mainly studies and implements a multi-output DC-DC converter with high regulation rate. Dual-switch forward converter is adopted for the main structure. With extra windings to release energy, the efficiency and inherent limitation of duty cycle within 50% can be improved. The forward rectifiers will be replaced with AC-switch in each output which voltage will be using regulated, individually. Then the feedback signal will be combine to control the primary side switch. Achieve high regulator rate using a single-stage conversion. According to the proposed circuit analyses and design process, use Simplis simulation software as the basis for selecting the appropriate components to implement the circuit simulation, and finally implement a total output power of 250W triple output to 12V/15A, 5V/10A 3.3V/6A DC conversion circuit, and the measured results verify the simulation and theory.
