| Popis: | 101 As the improvements of information technology offer flexible data access environment, business operation is more dependent on IT than before. The design and implementation of business continuity management will be based on the different enterprise requirements, which will be the key factor to enterprise survival. The main purpose of this thesis is how the network architecture of case company supports business continuity management. There are many variable factors, such as service level, performance, budget and technology, which affect the design of network architecture. The capacity management process of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a good reference for organizations to align their network architecture to business goals. This study is consisted of two parts: case text and teacher’s reference guide. Teacher's reference guide includes literature theory and case analysis. The study expects to achieve the purpose of applying the theory to practical enterprise situation. |
