Popis: | 101 Small- medium semiconductor distributors in Taiwan are facing the severe competition, international situation variation and fast-moving market. How to do let the enterprise as well as long term growth is each leader or owner of enterprise is important also the difficult subject. This case is a semiconductor distributor rejected the request of merger and at the same time asking the business growth as well as long term that the leader to make the decision for enterprise transformation and organization change. After diversification processed, the leader faced an unexpected crisis and more complaints and challenges by staffs and shareholders. How to solve conflict? The decision between to continue investment or to give up, no one knows which one is the right choice. The study will explore growth strategies, organizational change, crisis management and leadership style. The study hopes to provide the suggestion and the thought to reader and business executives in enterprise transformation and reference in the organizational change and the crisis management. In the future the enterprise maybe bump into the same situation will be able to provide an effective reference and direction. |
