Popis: | 101 This research is a collection of data based on the Delphi Method through four rounds questionnaires, emails and telephone inquiry ...etc, which inquire four major issues: First, in inquiry into the role of the teacher in preschool inclusion classroom. Second, what are the qualified capabilities of an inclusive preschool teacher? Third, what courses should be implemented into the pre-service inclusive education preschool teacher's curriculum. Fourth, other preschool inclusion related issues that were triggered from the research processes. Results show that: 1.In the preschool inclusion classroom, the most important role of preschool teacher is “who shows the respect toward the individual difference of the students.” Almost, as much of importance is an “instructor role”. This shows that the preschool teacher should play the role who respects the students’ individual differences and prevents from stereotyping or labeling on the children in addition to an effective instructor role in an inclusive preschool classroom. 2. “Classroom management and operating Ability”, “professional cooperation”, “problem-solving ability” are the most important abilities. Other inclusive preschool teachers’ abilities include curriculum programming of preschool inclusion”, “preschool inclusion educating”, “good Parent-Teacher relationship“, “good peer relationship”, “positive attitude”, “good communication and negotiation”, “understanding child development”, and “teaching aids production”. 3. Due to the experts are not yet reached an agreement toward the pre-service inclusive preschool teachers ’curriculum before this research project ended; thus, the suggestion on curriculum were based on result of the fourth round questionnaire. We propose that there are seven main courses could be considered first to be added into the current pre-service preschool teachers’ curriculum. The courses are: “Multicultural Education”, “Seminar on different disabilities”, “Preschool inclusive Education “,”Practicum for preschool inclusion”, “Multidisciplinary collaboration and communication”, “Screening Assessment evaluation for young children with spec. need “, “Parental/ Family Education”. 4. Regarding the related issues, the experts believe that the issues of “Dual classroom teacher cooperation mode” and “The search of an appropriate inclusion mode for our inclusive preschool classroom” should be considered first; Secondly, we should pay attention to “The dilemma and future trends of the implement of inclusion”; Thirdly, “Moderate to severe infants inclusion strategy” should be well thought of when considering inclusive education, the last one is “Art Therapy “should be looked into when implementing inclusive education. |
