Effects of Organizational Justice on Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment: Trust and Job Satisfaction as Mediators.

The aim of this study is to identify the influence among Organizational Justice, Trust, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment-the employees who work in Kaohsiung-Pingtung county banks as study object. There were 250 questionnaires were sent and 216 questionnaires back were valid. The valid questionnaires rate is 98%. This study use SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the relationship among variables and the result of this study show: (1). Organizational Justice has significant influence on Trust. (2). Organizational Justice has significant influence on Job Satisfaction. (3). Trust has significant influence on Organizational Identification. (4). Job Satisfaction has significant influence on Organizational Commitment. (5). Trust has significant mediate influence between Organizational Justice and Organizational Identification. (6). Job Satisfaction has significant mediate influence between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment. (7). Demographic variables have different influence on Organizational Justice. (8). Demographic variables have no different influence on Trust. (9). Demographic variables have no different influence on Job Satisfaction. (10). Demographic variables have different influence on Organizational Identification. (11).Demographic variables have differnet influence on Organizational Commitment.
