Popis: | 101 A Research on the Relationship between Organizational Change of Government, Employees’ Perception, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance after the Merger of City and County Abstract This research is to explore the relationship between perception about organizational change, job satisfaction and job performance of staffs in Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government. It established the theoretical foundation and research framework and designed the referential data for research tool with relevant literature. It adopted questionnaire sampling method to conduct survey on 149 certified formal staffs in each division and office (including a ccounting, Personnel, Military Education and Civil Service Ethics) of Education Bureau. a total 130 effective questionnaires were retrieved with 1 non-effective questionnaire and effective retrieving rate is 87.25%. The effective sampling data were analyzed through statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, one way ANOVA, pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Stepwise Regression, etc. Through processing and analyzing data, the conclusions are as follows: I. The perception about organizational change of staffs in Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government is below average and among that; “adaptation of change” is higher. II. The perception about job satisfaction of staffs in Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government is below average and among that; the perception of “general satisfaction” is higher. III. The perception about job performance about government organization of staffs in Education Bureau is above average and among that; the perception of “task performance”has most identification. IV. The stronger feelings for the perception about organizational change that staffs in Education Bureau have the higher job satisfaction they have. V. The better level for the perception about organizational change that staffs in Education Bureau have the higher job performance they have for government organization. VI. The more identification for job satisfaction that staffs in Education Bureau have the stronger perception about job performance they have. VII. Organizational change and job satisfaction have predictive capabilities on job performance and among that; “general satisfaction” and “adaptation of change” have most predictive power. At last, according to the above conclusion, it provides suggestions to municipal governments, staffs in Education Bureau and researchers in the future.
