Popis: | 101 Schools promote teachers' professional learning communities can be close to the school curriculum development. In this study, teachers' perception interrelated teacher professional community to further explore the modeling of perception, exploring the mediator then from there look for a reasonable mode of teacher professional communities. In this study, teachers' professional learning community rating scale (Professional Learning Community assessment, PLCA) conducted a questionnaire distributed. There are four conclusions findings: 1. Teachers' Professional Learning Community Scale "single facet indicators with good quality. 2. Scale of relevance between each dimension and each with distinction effect 3. Schools should raise greater flexibility to active teachers to learn the operation of a professional community. 4. Elementary teachers' professional learning communities can be more rich and diverse. There are five recommendations: 1、 Teachers Community dimension measuring perceived high correlation produces higher dimensions conduct follow-up studies. 2、 Teachers' professional learning community development dimension remains more extended. 3、 Schools should raise greater flexibility to active teachers learn the operation of a professional community. 4、 Teachers should be involved in teacher professional development groups as a teaching supporting. 5、 Subsequent research should be strengthened using structural equation modeling.
