The core values of Service-Learning are letting students learn by supervision, evaluation and reflection from well-designed lessons which combine the service and courses. And this genre of courses was defined as an immersive Service-Learning program in National Ilan University (NIU). The study aims to investigate the influence of the biological science camp on both junior high and college students. The camp was held by the Department of Biotechnology and Animal Science combining the course of Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory and the project of Service-Learning. All students in the camp were from a junior high school and taught by undergraduate students from this department in NIU. The purpose of camp aims to let students learn by doing. The courses trained the undergraduate students to apply their background knowledge and their biology proficiency to social-service. This helped them to construct and develop their personality, proficiency, career plans and civic responsibilities. Meanwhile, by providing the lessons with diverse chances for students to do experiments, it tends to enhance students’ interests and access their proficiency in biology science. The survey which was collected from college students showed that 3.50 points was found in teamwork skills. In addition, 3.42 points was found in Self-learning ability and 3.38 points was found in Self-management skills. From the data above, It shows the highly positive influence that the Service-Learning bring on college students. According to the data, Collected from junior high school students, the post-test points in the knowledge test was 77.14 which was significantly higher than the pre-test points 36.08 (p
