Popis: | 101 A Study on Relationships among Principal positive Leadership, Teacher organizational citizenship behavior and School organizational innovation in Elementary Schools Abstract In this study, the main focus was to explore the current situations of the elementary school principal positive leadership, the teacher organizational citizenship behavior, and the school organizational innovation. After the initial exploration, the discussion moved on to the interrelationships among the elementary school principal positive leadership, the teacher organizational citizenship behavior, and the school organizational innovation. Finally, the study further explored the impact among the elementary school principal positive leadership, the teacher organizational citizenship behavior, and the school organizational innovation. There were two researching methods introduced in this study— the literature research and the questionnaire survey methods. The questionnaires were given to a set of random sample which included 1,509 elementary school teachers across Taiwan. To be mention, within the 1,509 questionnaire surveys, 1,223 copies were valid. The data analysis was handled by following interments: descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product-moment, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and structure equation model (SEM). The research results were summed up as follows: 1. The awareness of the principals’ positive leadership were at the high degree. 2. The awareness of the teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior were at the high degree. 3. The awareness of the school organizational innovation were at the high degree. 4. There were medium-positive correlations between principal positive leadership and teacher organizational citizenship behavior. 5. The correlations between principal positive leadership and school organizational innovation had scored between medium-positive to high-positive. 6. There were high-positive correlations between teacher organizational citizenship behavior and school organizational innovation. 7. The pro-school behavior and the positive meaning had a high predicability to the effectiveness to the whole school organizational innovation. 8. Principal positive leadership and teacher organizational citizenship behavior had a two-way influence toward school organizational innovation. Teacher organizational citizenship behavior had the mediating effect between princaial positive leadership and school organizational innovation..
