The development occupation stress scale in domestic and foreign, which assess the nature of the design does not apply to special schools’ military instructors, so the purpose of this study is to identify the main source of schools’ military instructors working pressure, the development of a legally credibility, validity and appropriate occupation stress scale for schools’ military instructors, and finally put forward specific proposals to provide schools’ military instructors to understand their occupation stressful situations, and for education authorities units managed by reference. In this study, based on the relevant literature, and the implementation of the semi-structured interview, develop occupation stress scale for schools’ military instructors, military instructors in Taipei City vocational high schools for the study, issued a total of 421, 381 valid questionnaires, recovery was 90.7%, questionnaires were collected after the project analysis, and reliability and validity testing results to construct six schools’ military instructors sources of work stress were " the work itself ", " career development ", " internal stress ", " social interaction "," multi-role "and" time stress ", sequence explained variance was 15.126%, 12.431%, 10.077%, 9.565%, 9.064%, 8.49%, cumulative explained variance was 64.754%, the scale Cronbach's coefficient 0.917, and has good reliability and validity, in addition to an inverted U-shaped relationship between occupation stress and job performance. Development of this scale established the norm in accordance with the sample. Not only for military instructors to understand occupation stressful situations also provide education unit in charge of the management of reference in order to enhance management efficiency.
