Popis: | 101 Semantic Web helps computers to recognize the contents of documents, and improves the efficiency of web search. In general, RDF (Resource Description Framework) model is used to describe the links among Data to Data (or Thing to Thing), and these are called “Linked Data.” Linked Data technique has been applied to many domains, such as government, finance, business and education. Besides, many famous search engines, like Google and Yahoo, are also to search and collect related information through Linked Data technique. Under the information security policy of military, there exist some restrictions on accessing external data on the Internet environment. However, it is still worthy to explore the application of Linked Data on the well-known military resource (e.g. battle history), in the new era of Web 3.0. This study focuses on discussing how to use Linked Data technique to explore and link the knowledge of military battle based on the related information from Wikipedia. The purpose of this study is to (1) build up a reference architecture for integrating the knowledge of military battle based on Linked Data technique. (2) explore the relationship of knowledge linking among battle events and other resource (e.g. battle name, participants, occurrences and places) by using various instance of military battle. The contribution of this study is to construct a reference architecture that introduces Linked Data technique to the military domain, and to verify the usefulness of this architecture the knowledge of military battle. |
