| Popis: | 101 The classified national security information related to national security and major interests of countries. Whatever the form or systemof goverment in the world, even with the development of the Freedom of Government Information Law, ratified classified national security information shall not be disclosed, in order to safeguard it. In the system of criminal laws, there are the Criminal Law, "the secret of national defense" and "the supposed secret other than national defense", the Military Criminal Code, "the military secret", "the classified national security information" in the Classified National Security Information Protection Act. What legal relationship are these three laws? Whether there are overlap or insufficient? The article is compared with the classified national security information, the secret of national defense, militiry secret and the supposed secret other than national defense in the concept of legislation to observe and analysis any cases of crime of divulging secrets of military and judicial judgments, and then bring up some views and ideas about prombles of crime of divulging secret, and wish to be the reference for judgment or the suggestion of modifying laws. |
