| Popis: | 101 This research investigates the students in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (CS/EE) who participate in service learning by questionnaires. In addition to examining the dimensions of perceived benefits by the factor analysis, this study uses Bayesian Network and Back Propagation Neural Network to build the classification model. The results show that the classification models perform well in forecasting service learning satisfaction besides, this study analyzes the open questions by the text mining technique TFIDF and has significant accuracy in forecasting the service learning benefits of CS/EE students. |
