| Popis: | 101 The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the team vision, R &; D investment, technology push, technological turbulence and new product development performance. In order to achieve the purpose above, the R &; D personnel in “The World Top 1000 Manufacturing Industries” published by Common Wealth Magazine in 2012 were taken as the population. By random sampling, 100 companies became the objects of the research. Four questionnaires were delivered to each of the companies including one questionnaires for the dirctor and three questionnaires for the staff of the R &; D department. Finally, there are 188 questionnaires were recollected. The data of the investigation were analyzed by descriptive statistic and analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and hierarchical regression. Finding of the research is that there is a positive influence of team vision on new product development performance in manufacturing industry; in addition, the technology push of the R &; D personnel can reinforce the influence of team vision on new product development performance, and technology push can also reinforce the influence of R &; D Investment on new product development performance However, the moderating effects of technological turbulence had no significant influence on both team vision and new product development performance. The moderating effects of technological turbulence had no significant influence on both R &; D Investment and new product development performance. |
