In order to improve people of disabilities’ body activity, cognitive ability and self-recognition. Exercising has become more and more valuable in people of disabilities’ education. Equestrian is one of which can let people of disabilities to overcome challenge and gain more confidence. The horse assistive sport in our country is getting known for people in recent years, and the case has spread from physical disabilities to Autistic Spectrum Disorder. There is no research in cases of autistic spectrum disorder receive the horse assistive sport in our country, so this study is focus on three cases of autistic spectrum disorder by case study. To see the influence in horse assistive sport to those autistic spectrum disorder children. By observing and recording, interviewing cases and collecting information from related people, we analysis to understand those cases’ behavior in self-confidence, emotional behavior and social skill. We have found: 1. Horses has initiated the strong motive in many things to those autistic spectrum disorder children. 2. Having sense of accomplishment by challenging to lead and riding horses. 3. Those autistic spectrum disorder children gained self-confidence and wanted others to recognize them. 4. Due to the sensitive characteristics of horses, those children has become more emotional stabilized. 5. The relationship with horses make those children’s emotional forthright. 6. Those autistic spectrum disorder children concern those horses then concern others’ feelings. 7. Those autistic spectrum disorder children have more positive interaction in doing horse assistive sports.
