The purpose of this essay is to analyze and discuss the adventure therapy affected to youth who has family dysfunctional, and construct a suitable model of Taiwanese youth. Two sessions of therapy were taken. The first session is composed of banding courses 2 hours every week over 6 weeks period. The second session is an outdoor biking adventure tour for 7 days. Following is the results of the essay:  Resiliency affected by applying adventure therapy can be divided in to 3 aspects. Firstly, the internal resiliency of the patients including “responsibility”, “decision making skill”, “self-control” and “positive self-concept”. Secondly, the patients output the resiliency including “proactive giving”, “empathy”, “proactive communication” and “proactive help seeker”. Finally, the external resiliency of the patients including “role model” and “social support”.  Adventure therapy contains the following factors are “the outdoor natural environment”, “experiment disequilibrium”, “empower”, “enrichment” and “supportive environments”.  According to the interview, patients have positive changes in “intrapersonal”, “behavior”, “interaction with other” and “family relationship” after participating in adventure therapy. Giving advices for youth who has family dysfunctional by applying adventure therapy and for the future research direction based on the essay’s conclusion.
