Popis: | 101 This research was conducted with the action research method, which involved the participation of the researcher, in the role of a counsellor, in an action of providing outreaching home placement counseling services, which was organized by the Taichung City Dandelion Counseling Center belonging to the Garden of Hope Foundation. This research is focused on the experience of cross-system collaboration in the course of providing outreaching counselling services, in which the researcher and research participants jointly participated in actions and established a team for action research. On the spots of counselling practice, a communication platform was built to understand the stumbled-upon difficulties and ways of improvement during the cross-system collaboration, and further to reflect on issues relating to cross-system collaboration, through a loop of action, dialogues, reflection, and modification. This action research lasted for seven months from September 2011 to March 2012. The research was mainly conducted by audio-taping dialogues and reflection in the course of action, which included “reflection and dialogues in the course of counselling”, “dialogues in regular collaboration”, as well as “reflection and dialogues on action research”. Subsequently a book about stories that happened in the course of cross-system collaboration at the “initial, middle, and final” stages was compiled. Finally, 10 cross-system collaboration issues and four types of post-action self-reflection were developed through retrospection and reflection on stories that happened in the course of action. |
